Hello, I’m Haruka, and I’ll be your cooking instructor.
I have been teaching vegan cooking for over three years.
The cooking studio is located in my home.
It is a traditional Japanese house, similar to an ABC House, and while the building retains its old Japanese charm, the kitchen has been fully renovated and equipped as a cooking studio.
Let’s enjoy making and sharing a delicious Japanese vegan meal together.
I hope you’ll take home wonderful memories of Japan along with easy and tasty vegan recipes, and try cooking them again when you return home.
What's Vegan?
Veganism is a lifestyle that avoids consuming or using any animal-derived products.
🥕 Vegans do not eat the following:

Meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc.)

Fish and seafood
-
Eggs
-
Dairy products (milk, cheese, butter, etc.)

Honey
👉 Instead, they mainly eat vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains, and nuts.
🥕 Difference Between Vegetarian and Vegan

Vegetarian: Does not eat meat or fish (many vegetarians still eat eggs and dairy products).

Vegan: Avoids all animal-derived products.
Cookin Lesson 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Lunch Included)
During the lesson, I will mainly cook while explaining each step, and at the end, the dishes will be served to you as lunch.
If you would like to participate in activities such as cutting or stir-frying, please feel free to let me know.
Please note that any injuries that may occur during the lesson are your own responsibility.

Aya, your host, will guide you to her home.
Please bring a towel and something to write with.
Upon arrival, please wash your hands first.
The lesson will proceed step by step with explanations, and you are welcome to ask questions at any time.

You will enjoy tasting the dishes prepared during the cooking lesson.
1:00 PM
The cooking lesson ends.
On your way back, please enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Yatsugatake from the scenic spot at the “Koikedaira-shimo” bus stop, and travel home safely while enjoying the surrounding nature.
